Having had 3 kids move through Flick, Troy meets each of them where they are and pushes them to be their best self. He is encouraging, demands their best effort and provides personal goals based on their individual needs. Will happily recommend to anyone who wants to challenge themselves to improve their hockey, both physically and mentally.

Our daughter has enjoyed every minute of her time under Coach Troy at Flick Coaching & Consultancy. She has loved the all Flick has to offer - One on one training, group training, Indoor Camps and She’s especially loved the opportunity given to her to compete at the Cal Cup - one of the largest American field hockey tournaments, where she got to meet some new friends, have a chat to some high profile international field hockey players and enjoy a bit of sight seeing as well. To make such an opportunity come to life at reasonable cost to the athletes takes so much planning and reaching out and connecting with sponsors, it doesn’t go unseen. We would recommend Troy and team at Flick in a heartbeat to any hockey athlete wanting to improve on their skills and knowledge of the game. We love Flick!!
